You can vote only once, because the script checks the voter by the IP address and , if it finds it in the database your vote will be rejected. This way to check unique votes isn't perfect because most of the IP addresses are dynamic and changes whenever you disconnect from the internet and connect again, but at least the voter won't be able to vote too many times. You can add this rating system to any page other than.php. It can be.html, .htm or whatever as long as you allow the web server to work with such extension.
You can choose the color when you install the 5Star Rating or change them whenever you like by editing the config.php file. You may also customize it editing the .css file or change it in the way you think better for your web site.
